My early musical influences included Motown and Atlantic soul in the late 60s early 70s. Myfirst gig was at the Chichester highschool youth centre in 1973 aged 15. When i moved along the coast to Portsmouth in 1977 i became the resident dj at a soulful venue called Joannas where i stayed for almost 13 years on and off as well as working the other major venues in the town from time to time. More recently i can be found playing at the world famous Caister Soul weekends.
